My journey with dogs began over a decade ago with a single wagging tail that changed my life. As I walked through Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA looking for what would be the first dog of my adult life, something told me to stop at the kennel with the “I BITE” sign affixed to it. Inside was Milo, a terrified senior chihuahua mix that looked like he had given up hope of finding his forever family. I knew right then that I had found my dog.

Milo took a bit to warm up to me, but when he did I saw that not only was his behavior in the shelter misunderstood, but that I had found my soul-mutt. Milo crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021 after living 17 glorious years; 9 of which were filled with love, adventure, and acceptance. Because of Milo, I’ve spent the past ten years dedicating myself to understanding and nurturing the special bond we share with our canine companions.

Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional care and unconditional love to every pet who comes into our lives. I understand that your furry friend is not just a pet but a cherished member of your family. That's why I’ve poured my heart into creating Milo’s Mutts, a service that combines expertise with genuine affection.

Our team and I are passionate about what we do. From daycare to boarding, training to dog walking, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each dog, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved. We believe in a personalized approach, recognizing that every dog has its own personality, preferences, and needs.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless dogs, each teaching me something new about loyalty, joy, and the power of a wagging tail. This experience has shaped our philosophy of care—one that emphasizes compassion, patience, and understanding.
